The singer and songwriter was arrested in Miami Beach, Florida, in 2014. He was pulled over while he was driving a rented Lamborghini, and he was charged with DUI, drag racing, and resisting arrest. 2. Charlie Sheen
The actor has been arrested on different occasions. In 1996, he was arrested for allegedly beating his girlfriend. He was arrested in 2009 and charged with domestic violence after an altercation with his third wife, and in 2010, he was accused of causing $7,000 worth of damage to his hotel room.

She was caught shoplifting more than $5,000 worth of merchandise from a luxury department store, and she was also charged with using drugs without a valid prescription. The former boxer was first arrested in Indianapolis in 1991 for raping a 18 year old girl, and it was one of the most famous celebrity arrests back in the day. He was then arrested in Arizona in 2004, and he was charged with misdemeanor criminal damage after he jumped on the hood of a car and yelled at the driver.
